Founder and CEO
April Bland, MSN/Rd, APRN, FNP-C, RNC-OB, C-EFM, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of acute, primary care, and women’s health nursing experience, with a growing focus on mental health across the lifespan. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that integrates physical and mental well-being, recognizing the vital connection between the two.
Ms. Bland earned a BS in Psychology and a BS in Nursing from Bowie State University, an MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University, and a post-graduate certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner. Certified through AANP, she brings a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care, emphasizing mental health education, early intervention, and patient empowerment.
With a diverse clinical background and a passion for supporting emotional wellness, Ms. Bland works to reduce stigma and improve access to quality primary and mental health care for individuals and families at every stage of life.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Jaime Snyder is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with advanced expertise in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. As a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP), Jaime brings specialized knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring psychiatric conditions, and complex behavioral health needs.
With a clinical approach grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and collaboration, Jaime is committed to addressing the connection between physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. Areas of clinical focus include primary care, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, substance use disorder treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Jaime believes effective healthcare extends beyond treating symptoms. By developing individualized treatment plans and partnering with patients in their care, Jaime strives to reduce barriers to treatment, promote recovery, improve health outcomes, and empower individuals to take an active role in achieving their wellness goals.
