E-Visit Services

An E-Visit is a convenient way to receive medical care for certain non-emergency health concerns without an in-office appointment or scheduled video visit. Patients complete a secure online questionnaire describing their symptoms, medical history, current medications, and other relevant information. A healthcare provider reviews the information and provides personalized recommendations, treatment instructions, and prescriptions when clinically appropriate.

E-Visits are ideal for minor, straightforward health concerns that can be safely evaluated without a physical examination.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request
Complete the secure E-Visit questionnaire and provide details about your symptoms and health history.

2. Provider Review
A licensed healthcare provider reviews your information to determine whether your concern can be safely managed through an E-Visit.

3. Receive Your Care Plan
You will receive treatment recommendations, patient education, and prescriptions when medically appropriate.

Important E-Visit Information

E-Visits are not intended for medical emergencies or conditions requiring an immediate physical examination, diagnostic testing, or urgent evaluation. After reviewing your information, your provider may determine that an in-person, video, urgent care, or emergency department evaluation is necessary.

Submitting an E-Visit does not guarantee that medication, antibiotics, controlled substances, or other prescriptions will be provided. All treatment and prescribing decisions are based on the provider's clinical judgment and applicable standards of care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department.

E-Visit Cost: $45 (due at time of E-visit request)

The E-Visit fee covers the provider's professional review, clinical assessment of the information submitted, treatment recommendations, and prescription management when medically appropriate.

Please note: Payment for an E-Visit does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, antibiotic, medication refill, or other specific treatment.

If your provider determines that your condition cannot be appropriately managed through an E-Visit, you may be instructed to schedule another type of appointment.
